Andrew Wylie
Biography
Andrew Wylie is completing his MBA at Harvard Business School. He is a frequent contributor to the school newspaper and serves as an elected leadership and values representative for his classmates. Andrew was an F/A-18C pilot in the US Navy and flew over 30 combat missions. His last assignment in the Navy was as an Admiral's Aide in Naples, Italy. Andrew holds a BS in Physics from the United States Naval Academy. After earning his MBA, Andrew hopes to combine his passion for leadership, innovation and customer service to build and fund products and services that benefit society. In his free time, Andrew enjoys reading, writing and hiking.

Devesh Khandelwal
Biography
Devesh is completing his MBA at Harvard Business School. He received his undergrad education at Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee with a major in mechanical engineering. At HBS, he held leadership positions in Energy and Entrepreneurship club. He helped organize field treks to various clean energy startups in Boston and also organized clean-tech panel for various conferences. Prior to joining HBS, he began his career in oil and gas industry as a marketing executive at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) and worked in variety of operational roles. He was responsible for leading the sales and marketing initiatives of BPCL and helped grow the lubricants division of company in Western India. He also worked on crucial projects with senior managers at BPCL to create a country-wide strategy. Upon completing his MBA, he is planning to combine his technical and managerial skills to take leadership roles in clean energy and venture capital industry. He is also looking forward to using his emerging market experience to explore new business opportunities for companies in fast growing Asian economies.

Jeff Hale
Biography
Jeff is completing his MBA program at the NYU Stern School of Business. His background is in semiconductors and he holds a degree in electrical and computer engineering from Rice University. Prior to business school, Jeff worked at Micron Technology for six years holding various positions in DRAM research and development. While at Micron, he gained significant product management, semiconductor design, product development, manufacturing operations, product launch and international experience. He worked primarily on non-commoditized high speed devices and managed the team that developed and launched second generation RLDRAM networking memory. At Stern, Jeff is focusing on finance and entrepreneurship while taking an active role in the Stern Private Equity Club, the Graduate Finance Association and the Entrepreneurs Exchange Club. Jeff is passionate about technology and he is planning to combine his engineering experience with the knowledge he is gaining at Stern and Flywheel to create a successful career in venture capital.

Jimmy Wei
Biography
Jimmy recently completed his MBA from Ross Business School at University of Michigan. His background is in electrical engineering and holds BS/MS from Case Western Reserve University. At Ross, Jimmy held a leadership position in the Entrepreneurial and Venture Club, where he organized educational panels as well as invited entrepreneurs for club sponsored seminars. Prior to business school, Jimmy was with Harris Corporation where he worked as a senior level engineer and led effort in the development of radio encryption technology. While there, he also contributed significantly in product and business development initiatives. Prior to Harris, Jimmy worked at Northrop Grumman for three years and helped develop application software for F-16 and JSF radar systems. In 2004, Jimmy co-founded a start-up and successfully negotiated initial financing from angel investors. Jimmy hopes to combine his background with the Flywheel experience to become successful in his future business endeavors in both Asia and the US.

Juan Pablo Arias
Biography
Juan Pablo is completing his MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He received his bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences at Universidad Anahuac in Mexico. He has four years of experience in asset management and sales and trading, with a focus on derivative markets and raising capital. Additionally, Juan Pablo has entrepreneurial experience in fields such as cinema. While in business school, Juan Pablo has taken an active role in several student associations, particularly as the International Executive for the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club and is involved with the Outdoor Club. While at Flywheel he is focusing on the development of Venture Capital in Latin America. Upon graduation he plans to pursue a career related to the Venture Capital industry and entrepreneurship.

Kyu Ho Song
Biography
Kyu is completing his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received his B.A. in Law/Economics from Yonsei University in South Korea. Prior to graduate school, he spent 3 years at Monitor Group based in Seoul doing strategy consulting as a senior consultant. He has experience in a variety of industries including telecommunication, e-commerce, oil refinery, clean energy, steel, construction, education and apparel. Kyu’s experience encompasses areas of mid and long-term strategy development, Sales Force Effectiveness strategy development, new business / pricing strategy development, and M&A target assessment. Before joining Monitor Group, Kyu participated in M&A deals at Samsung Securities for 2 years and developed growth strategies and new business development through M&A and joint-ventures for leading companies in Korea. His experience as an investment banker includes sell-side advisory, management buy-out advisory, private offering process and multi auction process for venture shares.

Steven Pal
Biography
Steven is completing his MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Steven has over 10 years of experience growing technology start-ups and consulting the Fortune 100. Most recently at Merced Systems, a Silicon Valley start-up focused on enterprise software for performance and incentive management, Steven helped the company achieve profitability and grow revenue via his contributions in sales, marketing, and business consulting. He supported Merced’s growth from 15 people to over 150. Prior to Merced, Steven spent several years in IT and business consulting at Sapient Corporation where he managed teams to deliver technology solutions for financial services firms and telcos. During college, he helped launch the original website for Babycenter.com, an online destination for new and expecting parents. At Duke, Steven is the co-President of the Duke Start-Up Challenge, the campus-wide business plan competition, and student co-chair of Entrepreneurship Week. Steven hopes to translate his experience in the Fellows program into continued success as an entrepreneur.
