MIOX Receives ISO 9001:2008 Registration

Albuquerque, NM - January 29, 2013 - MIOX Corporation, the industry leader in on-site chemical generation technology, announces it is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company. MIOX designs and manufactures equipment that generates oxidant based chemicals on demand. A core value of MIOX is the high quality manufacture of that equipment, a principle that permeates all aspects of MIOX business resulting in minimal maintenance and higher customer satisfaction. MIOX strives to provide the most reliable, cost effective, and easy to maintain on-site chemical generators within the water treatment industry.

MIOX’s ISO registrar, Orion Registrar, completed two rounds of audits in November and December of 2012 with no major findings. During both audits, MIOX’s dedication to quality throughout the organization was a highlight.

Over 3,000 units of MIOX equipment have been deployed in 39 countries, with applications ranging from U.S. Municipal drinking water, premier resorts and spas, power plant cooling towers and food and beverage facilities to humanitarian micro-enterprise ventures including FEMSA Foundation and Operation Blessing International.
